Fenwick & West elects four new partners

Fenwick & West LLP announced yesterday that it has elected four associates to join the Firm's partnership, effective January 1, 2009. The new equity partners are Adam Halpern, Robert Hulse, Jennifer Lloyd-Kelly and Greg Roussel.

Adam Halpern is a member of Fenwick’s Tax group. His practice focuses on representing companies in U.S. tax planning and tax controversy, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions, restructurings, and disputes.

Robert Hulse is a member of the firm’s Patent group. Mr. Hulse's practice focuses on prosecuting patent applications in a wide range of technical fields, as well as intellectual property counseling, due diligence, and litigation.

Jennifer Lloyd Kelly is a member of Fenwick’s Litigation group and its IP & Technology subgroup. Ms. Kelly’s practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on copyright, trademark, trade secret, false advertising and unfair competition disputes involving technology companies.

Greg Roussel is a member of the firm’s Corporate group. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions involving technology companies.
