The Fifth Annual Lawyers for Literacy Spelling Bee is scheduled for July 8 in Los Angeles.
More than 100 lawyers, associates and staff from 10 law firms in Los Angeles will test their spelling prowess at the event, which will benefit the Los Angeles chapter of Everybody Wins, a nonprofit organization that promotes literacy and mentoring for low-income children.
Other firms expected to participate this year include Seyfarth Shaw, Foley & Lardner, Greenberg Traurig and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Door. The event will include a silent auction.
