David Grinberg, a partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, spoke to CFO.com about the uncertain environment surrounding M&A trends. Although he is cautiously optimistic, Grinberg says due diligence is lately taking "painfully long," resulting often in "deal fatigue."
